13. In order to weigh a road vehicle or a combination of road vehicles with the wheel-load scales listed in Schedule IV, the operator shall weigh each category of axle in conformity with section 14.
However, in order to weigh a road vehicle or combination of road vehicles with retractable axles, the operator shall weigh each category of axles in accordance with section 15.1.
